1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kz66 ("kz66", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kz66 website located at https://kz66.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and payment processing facilities.

kz66 operates as an international online betting and casino platform under an international offshore licence. The Platform is designed to serve the Bangladesh market and all monetary values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a kz66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kz66 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which kz66 has explicitly restricted access, as listed in our Restricted Territories notice.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler or subject to any self-exclusion order issued by kz66 or any recognised gambling regulatory authority.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close relative of an employee of kz66 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

kz66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the kz66 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active kz66 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, a family member's name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where kz66 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses received, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kz66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kz66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.4 KYC Verification

kz66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All accounts are subject to identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. kz66 may also request KYC documentation at any other time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kz66 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

All deposits are credited to your kz66 account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made via international card methods may be subject to a currency conversion, the rate for which will be displayed at the time of deposit. kz66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take up to 5 business days pending initial KYC review.

kz66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if your account has an unresolved active bonus wagering requirement, or if your account is subject to a security review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the kz66 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kz66 does not maintain accounts in any other currency. Bets, winnings, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are all displayed and processed in ৳.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

kz66 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international AML standards. Deposits must only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. kz66 will not process withdrawals to any payment method or account not belonging to the registered account holder. Any activity suspected of constituting money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kz66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms announced at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳10,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kz66 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation, using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus funds, or any other manipulation of promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately closed and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

kz66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion's terms will be communicated via the kz66 website or by email to registered account holders.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the kz66 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules for that market. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market and account status.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. kz66 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or device failures. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match events. kz66 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during active play, for reasons including but not limited to: data feed interruptions, suspicious betting patterns, or risk management decisions. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided at kz66's discretion if the bet was placed on a material change that had already occurred at the time of placement.

6.4 Errors and Palpable Errors

In the event that kz66 offers odds that are clearly erroneous ("palpable errors"), including typographical errors, system errors, or mispriced markets, kz66 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds. A palpable error is defined as odds that any reasonable person would recognise as materially incorrect relative to the fair market price for that outcome. Notification of such voidings will be communicated to affected account holders via email.

6.5 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on kz66 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other international and domestic cricket competitions. Cricket-specific rules including match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, and super-over resolution are outlined in the Cricket Betting Rules document available within the kz66 platform.

7. Casino Games

kz66 offers a range of casino products including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games, provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kz66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kz66 Platform or any game provided thereon.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on kz66.
• Using kz66 accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies in conjunction with kz66 bonus funds or in patterns designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication channel on the kz66 Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by kz66

kz66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your kz66 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method following standard KYC verification. Account closure requests submitted via responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kz66 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to cover account maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. No dormancy fees will be applied to accounts with a zero balance.

• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider processing times or KYC requirements.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content published on the kz66 Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kz66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kz66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kz66 will notify registered account holders by email to the address on record and will post a notice on the kz66 homepage for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the kz66 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kz66 holds its international offshore licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through kz66's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Users in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under local law and that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local legislation before accessing the kz66 Platform.
